tic tac Fresh Mint was launched in the UK in 1970 and the fabulously fruity Lime and Orange pack arrived in 1978 (both were sold at 5p a pack back then)
The iconic and much loved tic tac pack started off as a simple but brilliant packaging idea: a small, portable, crystal clear plastic container – totally different to what was out on the shelves at the time…now it’s a major part of the whole tic tac eating ritual – bet you cant eat them without giving the box a little shake! It’s this whole combination of jangling sounds and brightly coloured tasty sweets, that helps shake up your day and bring a smile to your face!
