When Stanley Thornton first created our toffee recipe back in 1925, it took him 50 attempts to get it just right and we still use his recipe today. Our toffee is the “true, hard toffee” made from a secret recipe with the finest brown sugar, gloopy golden syrup and creamy butter.

Thorntons Fudge

Created in 1950, our fudge is unbelievably soft and smooth in texture, rich and sweet in flavor. Made with real clotted cream from Dorset and English Butter.

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Sweetened Condensed MILK, Whole MILK, Sugar), Clotted Cream (from MILK) (11%), Palm Oil, Butter (from MILK), Humectant (Sorbitol), Flavourings, Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithin), Palm Kernel Oil, Dextrose, Salt, Dried Free Range EGG White, MILK Protein.
